Make It Yours
Once you’ve done your homework, if you want coverage through Veritiv, you must enroll by your deadline. Otherwise, you will default to employee-only medical coverage under the lowest cost Bronze option and will not have dental or vision coverage. You will also default to paying the $100 monthly tobacco surcharge.
